Refund policy

If no part of a Full Report or Fix Pack is usable, email ops@threepaths.co within 14 days of delivery and ask for a full refund. Usable means the PDF or the generated files open and refer to the store you submitted. A score you disagree with is not, by itself, a reason the file is unusable.

Monitor is a subscription. Cancel it in the billing portal to stop the next charge. A partial month or year is not refunded except where the law requires a refund. When Stripe is not configured, a local test order can be marked canceled from the account page and was never charged.

This is a digital delivery. There is no physical shipment. The shipping page describes how files are sent.
