How files arrive

After payment, we email a download link and show the same link on the confirmation page. The link lasts 30 days. The Full Report is a PDF. The Fix Pack is a zip of text files you install yourself.

Delivery is usually minutes. A large paid scan can take longer because it reads more public pages. If the email does not arrive, the confirmation page still has the link while the order is tied to that browser session.
